And insomnia can also be a cause from too much stress. Socially, it can cause you to be antisocial and to avoid social situations, it also can cause panic attacks and breakdowns. Emotionally it can cause depression, and again panic attacks, and an leave you angry/depressed.
My parents divorcing :) I figured it out,I was confused bc I was only 11,i finally realized, I couldn’t sleep for days,I had school going on and it sucked causing pressure on me which then turned into anxiety and depression and that’s about it.the outcome was anxiety and depression:D
