However we also have four different from blood group antigens from A, B, AB, and O and if the blood Mariana is researching has antibodies to A, and B types that means the only group that the blood tolerates are O, therefore it is O type. Because the other types will be attacked by the O type because they are foreign to it. In other words if it reacts against A, and B types. As well as not having a defensive antigen it has to be O-.
