Dickens's object of social
criticism in this excerpt from Hard Times is that a system of education that
treats children like machines. The answer is letter A. It is shown in the novel
that the teachers only taught students regarding on the works of the society
but did not focus on the emotional context. The only thing that the teachers
care about are the results of the input that they gave. If this is not
corrected, then the students will bring it to the society. That is why, there
is a large gap between the rich and the poor. The rich believes that the poor
can make it if they strive harder. What makes it harder is that the poor has to
undergone so many things, pain and hardships in other to get to the top and
some of them could not even reach there. This is what is wrong in the society.
If I was a queen, I would like to be peaceful and patient with everyone. Although cliche, and may not work, being patient to those who need listening to usually works in situations.

According to the reading of the article, we can see how the author positions a point of view in defense of the bears, showing the importance of studying them, understanding them and protecting them in detriment of the premeditated view of beast and violence that I fear from them .
The article shows that, in fact, the bear is a strong and ferocious animal, but threatened by human activities like all elements of nature. This reinforces the need for studies to combat the dangers that bears face and can protect them from extinction.
To do these researches, courageous people are needed, who risk to research the bear closely. In the text, the author uses as an example the researcher John, who to research and help the bears must infiltrate the animal's cave and hit it closely with a reassuring dart. Even in the midst of imminent danger, the researcher recognizes that promoting research that protects fauna is rewarding and, therefore, he is not afraid.
