A reason for this being is because junk food is made up of chemicals that are used to make the food taste more appealing to us so that we can buy and eat it. As a result of us consuming these foods, we are putting so many bad things into our bodies which leads to us being sick more often. Since so much junk food is being consumed over time, it is leading to a major incline in the obese group. Because of this, another reason why junk food is unhealthy is because it leads to so many health issues such as obesity and cancers. Consequently, more and more people are dying from all of these issues which is a growing problem that many need to be aware of.
