On 1918, Germany agrees to sign an armistice with the United Kingdom and France, after losing the first World War. After the following of the armistice, Germany required to surrender equipment including 5000 guns, 25000 machine guns, 3000 trench mortars.

All submarines cruisers and minelayers, ships with armament and equipment were to be surrender at the ports specified by the Allied and the United States.

The armistice established connections between the parties until Germany forced to sign the treaty of peace called the treaty of Versailles.
