Answer:

Esteem needs

Explanation:

The structure of Maslow is most often portrayed as a pyramid. The most basic needs are made up of the lowest levels of the pyramid and must be satisfied before reaching to the next level. The lowest level of need starts with  physiological followed by safety, love and belonging, esteem and most complex need self-actualization. Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a psychological motivational theory containing a five-stage model of human needs and advertising a high-end clothing company reflects the fourth stage that is esteem.

The correct answer is Esteem needs

Maslow's theory is known as one of the most important theories of motivation. For him, the needs of human beings obey a hierarchy, that is, a scale of values to be transposed. This means that the moment the individual realizes a need, another one appears in its place, always demanding that people look for ways to satisfy it. Few, if any, people seek personal recognition and status if their basic needs are unmet.

Esteem needs are two types: the recognition of our abilities by ourselves and the recognition of others of our ability to adapt. In general, it is the need to feel worthy, respected by oneself and others, with prestige and recognition, power, pride etc.

Task
azamat

Answer:

Dear Editor,

I am writing to express my opinion about the events that occurred March 5, 1770 in Boston. I feel the blame rests solely on the colonists because they were mocking the soldiers and they outnumbered the soldiers.

Firstly, The colonists, were mocking and insulting soldiers who were just trying to do their job. In the London Chronicle it explains "This party was also attacked, and insulted by the mob..." Since the mob was the colonists, this shows that they were unnecessarily barating the colonists.

In addition, The colonists outnumbered the soldiers which gave them the advantage. According to the London Chronicle "On the 5th of March, in the evening, a number of the townspeople, after insulting in the barracks, attacked a sentry upon duty at the Customhouse, and forced him from his post". This clearly shows that if the colonists were able to force the soldiers from their posts, the soldiers were outnumbered and the colonists took advantage.

So as you can see, if the colonists hadn't attacked the soldiers first no lives would have been lost.

Sincerely,

Your Name
