Albert Bandura´s Social Learning Theory postulates that we learn from each other through observation, imitation, and modeling. People around them work as influential models that provide children with examples of behavior to observe and imitate.
This theory combines behaviorist and cognitive learning theories while adding mediating processes between stimuli & responses, as well as observational learning.

Also your business have to bring you joy and pleasure. You should like what you do - it is the main point. If you don't like what you do it will never work properly.
