Answer;

The higher pH in the cytosol does not allow the hydrolytic enzymes to function should they escape from the lysosome.

Explanation;

-Lysosomes are membrane-enclosed compartments filled with hydrolytic enzymes that are used for the controlled intracellular digestion of macromolecules.

-The lysosomes contain many hydrolytic enzymes such as proteases, nucleases, and lipases.  Lysosomal enzymes are synthesized in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), are transported to the Golgi apparatus, and are tagged for lysosomes by the addition of mannose-6-phosphate label.

What are some ways to deal with the population of lion fish in the Atlantic Ocean?
Evgesh-ka [11]

Answer:

Hunt them and have divers find them.

Explanation:

Joining a lionfish derby can help control the population in a particular area or dive site. Doing things such as ordering lionfish on the menu when you are going out for lunch or dinner can also be a large help as it creates the incentive and economic reason for more divers to catch more of this particular species.

andrey2020 [161]

Answer:

The <u>endocrine</u> system is a complex network of glands that release tiny amounts of hormones into the bloodstreams of humans and other vertebrate animals.

Explanation:

The endocrine system is a set of organs, tissues and cells whose function is to release various chemical substances called hormones into the bloodstream. The endocrine glands are the group of cells that produce and release hormones, which are secreted into the blood while waiting for the proteins that are designed to specifically capture each of them, are responsible for transporting them to the cells of the tissues and organs to which they must reach. Once there, they transmit the precise orders to regulate cellular activity.
