Answer: Monocytes.

Explanation:

Monocytes have a abundant amount of gray cytoplasm with fine lilac granules in it and because of this the cytoplasm appears ground glass.

The vacuoles are vacant and there is a gap sen in the cell as vacuoles when observed under microscope. The vacuoles of the monocytes are not stained.

They have a U-shaped nucleus and are extremely motile. The monocytes are lightly stained as compared to leukocytes.

Fatty acids are activated to acyl-CoAs and the acyl group is further transferred to carnitine because:
Sunny_sXe [5.5K]

Answer:

The correct answer is a acyl-carnitine readily cross the mitochondrial inner membrane but the acyl CoA do not.

Explanation:

Fatty acids are activated to form fatty acyl CoA by the help of ATP and CoA SH.But the so formed Acyl CoA cannot cross or pass the inner mitochondrial membrane to enter the mitochondrial matrix to initiate beta oxidation of fatty acid.

To overcome this problem fatty acyl CoA is converted to acyl carnitine and the so formed acyl carnitine readily crosses the inner mitochondrial membrane and enters the mitochondrial matrix.

It has been said that life could develop on Earth only because Earth is just the right distance from the sun. Any closer, and it
blondinia [14]

Answer:

The correct answer will be- the planets and moon also exhibit hydrothermal vents, volcanoes and rocks.

Explanation:

Scientists have always tried to understand and explain the origin of life on Earth and predicted that life on earth originated as a result of the conditions created by the distance of the Earth from the Sun.

Later discoveries found that life exists even in the harsh conditions on Earth-like hydrothermal vents and inside sub-surface of the rocks. This shows that life can exist in extreme conditions.

Since the planets other than Earth posses such hydrothermal vents, rocks and volcanoes, therefore scientists predict that life could be found on other planets.
