\frac{k}{6}+ 8 = 5⇔\frac{k}{6} = 5-8⇔\frac{k}{6} = -3⇔k = -3*6⇔k = -18
K = -18
The others are just doing the same thing:
C = -2
A = -6
D = 24

How to cross multiple 3/5 by 10
Vika [28.1K]

Here is you're answer:

In order to cross multiply you have to multiply the numerator and denominator of the first fraction by the bottom number of the second fraction and see if the equation is still true:

  • \frac{3}{5} \times 10
  • \frac{3}{5} \times \frac{10}{1}
  • 3 \times 1 = 5 \times 10
  • Solve if you like:
  • 3 \times 1 = 3
  • 5 \times 10 = 50
  • = \frac{4}{50}

Therefore you're answer is "3 × 1 = 5 × 10."

Hope this helps!
