To manage group conflict ethically, members must be willing to listen to and compromise with others base their disagreements on
ruslelena [56]

Answer:

listen to and compromise with others

Explanation:

Just as any kind of conflict, when group conflict occurs it is vital for all parties to be willing to fully listen to the other side and make a compromise, rather than insist on their ideas and belief.

Groups consist of many people which opens more opportunities for the conflict, and more chances for it to be solved unethically, with one person or one group using the power to solve it in their gain.

That is why everyone's opinions and thoughts must be taken into consideration, and no power performance should be displayed in other to make the decision that is ethically right for all.

How did local African towns get affected by the Slave Trade?
jeka94

Answer:

Local towns experienced a loss of economic development and resources that were re-allocated to the Slave Trade. There was also violence and social division.

Explanation:

The beginning of the Atlantic slave trade in the late 1400s disrupted African societal structure as Europeans infiltrated the West African coastline, and this drew people from the center of Africa to the West Coast to be sold into slavery. It is estimated that a total of 12.5 million Africans were sent across the Atlantic and African slave sellers sold captives to European traders. On the African side, the slave trade was generally the business of rulers or wealthy and powerful merchants. At that time, identity was based on kinship and loyalty by means of membership to a specific kingdom. Although the number of African villagers actively involved in the slave trade was small, the villages that experienced raids removed young adults and laborers from the towns, constraining the economic development of African societies and re-allocating resources to the Slave Trade instead of other pursuits. It also encouraged ethnic and social division and a violent disregard for African lives that was based in racism.

When external sources have to be blamed for a particular behavior. This behavior is used to explain other behavior rather than self behavior. For example, if someone getting late for the office he will blame the jam to be getting late rather than his behavior.

Thus here Jen's friend was fired from part-time because Jen's think that she has low patience for the job. So it illustrates that of dispositional attributional behavior.
