I prefer working individually. I can focus on myself and what I need to do for my body. For individual exercises, you can run or jog around your neighborhood, bike around your neighborhood, do home workouts (like pushups, lunges, pedaling, jumping jacks, etc. For group exercises, you can swim together, run or jog around your area, bike in your neighborhood, go to the gym, etc.
