IM GIVING OUT BRAINLIEST!!! 9*8+2+4=_______

Mathematics

We use the Order of Operations here.

Parentheses

Exponents

Multiplying

Adding

Dividing

Subtracting (PEMDAS)

And if both are there, we work left to right.

In the process we multiply first, then add left to right..

So,

9 * 8 + 2 + 4

= 72 + 2 + 4

= 74 + 4

= 78.

Remember to follow PEMDAS:

Parenthesis, Exponents (& roots), Multiplication, Division, Addition, & Subtraction).

Also, for future references, remember to go from left to right.

First multiply 9 with 8

9 x 8 = 72

Next, add 2

72 + 2 = 74

Finally, add 4

74 + 4 = 78

78 is your answer

Determine the relative order of the metric prefixes of kilo-, micro-, centi-, and milli-.
nadya68 [22]

The relative order of the metric prefixes is micro-, milli-, centi- and kilo-,

What are metric units?

Metric units are units used to measure quantities

The units are given as:

kilo-, micro-, centi-, and milli-

In metric units, the value of each prefix is:

Kilo = 1000

Micro = 0.0001

Centi = 100

Milli = 0.1

In order of arrangement, we have:

Micro = 0.0001

Milli = 0.1

Centi = 100

Kilo = 1000

Hence, the relative order of the metric prefixes is micro-, milli-, centi- and kilo-,

hammer [34]
So what you do is multiply 60, 30, and 100 together to get 180,000. Then divide 180,000 by 18,000 (simplify it to 180 ÷ 18) and the answer is 10. So they could turn it up 10 notches.

On your family trip, you used 9 gallons of gas. If the odometer readings before and after your trip were 74,233 and 74,545, resp
sveta [45]

Find the number of miles driven by subtracting the odometer readings:

74545 - 74233 = 312 miles driven.

Divide miles driven by gallons of gas used:

312 / 9 = 34.66 = 35 miles per gallon.
