The myelin sheath is found on the axon of neurons. The main focus in this topic relies under 2 main structures: Schwann cells and nodes of Ranvier where both serve respectively to produce myelin sheath along the axon and increase the speed of propagation of a neural message.
Note : the speed of neural message through a nerve relies mainly on the number of neurons present, the presence/absence of myelin sheath, and the diameter of the nerve.

During which phase of mitosis do the nuclear membrane, nucleolus, and nucleus dissolve? metaphase prophase anaphase telophase
Mekhanik [1.2K]
Prophase
During the prophase stage of mitosis, the nucleus seems to disband itself. The nucleolus suspends itself and finally, the nuclear membrane disassembles itself. This is because of the undergoing process of copying and dividing.
Mitosis is a functional cell dividing process that helps the cells repair or rejuvenate itself because of apoptosis and other factors.
