the circulatory system/cardiovascular system is a system which it’s just is to deliver nutrients to the cells in the body. Parts of the circulatory are the

heart which has four chambers which are:

right atrium:  recieves deoxygenate blood and pumps it to the right ventricle.

right ventricle: pumps the deoxygenate blood to the lungs so it gets oxygenated.

left atrium : receives oxygenated  blood and pumps it to the left ventricle

left ventricle: pumps oxygenetd blood to the rest of the body.

blood vessels:

Veins: they have oxygen-poor blood and they deliver it to the heart.

arteries: they have oxygen-rich blood and they get the blood away from the heart to the rest of the body.

capillaries: where blood exchange happens

This is also known as the cardiovascular system! To sum its function up quick and easy, this system delivers nutrients and oxygen to all the cells in the body. Let’s look at it this way; this system is initially the heart and the blood vessels running throughout our body. The process is quite quick. The arteries carry the blood, away from the heart, then the veins manage to carry it back to the heart. It keeps the heart pumping, and keep us alive!

A subject received the wrong study drug resulting in severe nausea and vomiting, and a visit to the emergency room for treatment
Elden [556K]

Answer:

This is an unanticipated problem, which resulted in an adverse event.

Explanation:

It is important that a study drug be thoroughly evaluated before being applied to a patient, because an error can cause very harmful reactions. However, sometimes errors go unnoticed, even if the study coordinator is cautious and tries not to make any mistakes as it may harm the patient, as happened in the case shown in the question. These errors that go unnoticed refer to a situation where an unforeseen problem has resulted in an adverse event.

inessss [21]

Answer:

Mentorship is a key component of effective teacher induction programs. Mentors provide beginning teachers with practical information, guide teachers as they develop instructional skills, and offer feedback and opportunities for reflection.

- One of the items you jotted down was ‘listens

attentively’ write down alongside this what you

believe that could mean for your practice.

How would you behave? What would the new

teacher see/hear you doing if you were being an

attentive listener? Perhaps you are:

• engaging fully with my novice teacher, mentor wouldn’t be fiddling with other things, I would be fully present with them, perhaps leaning forward in my chair

• maintaining eye contact or writing down what the new teacher says

• listening, without feeling the need to interrupt,

interject or have ‘answers’

• waiting for a pause before asking a question or

seeking clarification.

• Speak with proper attention keeping in mind that speaking in an innovative way will help to foster the novice teacher & end the conversation with good deed.

Both the heart and arteries contract to pump blood throughout the body.
Natali [406]
Is it true that the heart contracts and that as a result of this, the blood is pumped, but the second part of the statement, that the same is true of the arteries is not true- arteries are more passive, and they just allow the passage of blood.

So the entire statement is false.
