Reinforcement is most likely to occur when__________ (A) the environment is changing (B) hybrids have lower fitness than either
PolarNik [594]

So option B (hybrids have lower fitness than either parent population) is the correct answer.

What is Reinforcement?

Reinforcement is a consequence used in behavioral psychology to strengthen an organism's future behavior when that activity is preceded by a specific antecedent stimulus. This strengthening impact can be quantified as a higher frequency of behavior, a longer duration of behavior, a greater volume of behavior, or a shorter latency.

What would happen if one of the chromosomes in a homologous pair failed to separate from its homologue at the end of metaphase I
Zepler [3.9K]

The correct answer is: daughter cells will have abnormal chromosome numbers and this condition is called aneuploidy.

Nondisjunction is the failure of homologous chromosomes (or sister chromatids) to separate during the process of cell division and consequently lead to aneuploidy. There are three forms of nondisjunction:

• Nondisjunction in meiosis I (pair of homologous chromosomes unable to separate in meiosis I),

• Nondisjunction in meiosis I (sister chromatids unable to separate during meiosis II), and

•  Nondisjunction in mitosis (failure of sister chromatids to separate during mitosis)

Is it better to learn about animals through a book, or actually going to see them in real life?
Norma-Jean [14]

I think in real life because you get to see how they act and i have been on three trips i know that this is not related but I've been to Egypt and Italy and china and i am in 7th grade so ya. I think seeing animals and things in real life is the best thing to do overall.
