I believe the answer is A. We can eliminate B and C because it never says anything about ONLY affecting one gender. And in D, I don’t think it talks about any other country, so how would we know if the Czech Republic was more negatively affected than any other country?

I think the answer is A because it makes more sense but, I could be wrong.
