Sumerians only has 1 law that they all had to live under and Hummurabi's code was something that you had to respect so Sumerians had 1 law to FOLLOW and Hummurabi's had a code to RESPECT
The House is responsible for deciding whether the official is guilty and should be removed the office. They vote on whether the official should be impeached or not. It is the House who conducts the actual impeachment process.
Most were responsible reformers but some like Carrie a nation were irresponsible agitators.
