Vaginal candidiasis is a result of
excessive growth of yeast in the vagina that results to itchiness, inflammation
or burning sensation when urinating. The nurse must ask the following
assessment question when assessing the safety and effectiveness of the drug
therapy.
1. Are you pregnant?
2. Have you recently taken antibiotic?
3. Do you have history of Sexually
Transmitted Infection?
4. Do you have white and thick vaginal
discharge?
5. What medications or vitamins did you
take regularly?
The
answer is convergent evolution. This
occurs when animals that are not closely related evolve similar characteristics
due to living within the same habitat/environment due to natural selection. Convergent
evolution enables the organism to evolve analogous structures (which have similar form or function but were not present in their
ancestors).
Plants would be the only option, they have no legs so they can't move. They are producers and make its own food and unable to move around its environment.
