You can answer this like any other equation.

First, subtract 11 from both sides.  The equation becomes -15\leq -3x.

Next, you have to divide both sides by -3.  HOWEVER, when you multiply or (in this case) divide by a negative number in an inequality equation, you must flip the sign.  So the answer becomes 5\geq x.
