  1. There are many lenses in the light path between a specimen viewed with the compound light microscope are following: specimen,objective lens,scope, ocular,eye and etc.
  2. when the aperature is decreased in compound  light microscope then the contrast will increase and the resolving power is decreased. This is due to the aperature related to the contrast by indirectly proportion relationship.
  3. the field of view is decreased in a compund light microscope this is because it will cover much smaller area in a higher level of details as details become better to show the object.
