The Pancreas is a the largest gland in the human body, and it secretes insulin. Insulin regulates blood glucose levels in your blood. Another gland is the Adrenal medulla. The adrenal medulla is positioned on top of your kidney and secretes norepinephrin which is the hormone secreted in the fight or flight response.
