Answer:

Darry is Sodapop and Ponyboy's friend. Ponyboy is the main character, and Sodapop is his older brother. The greasers are on the more poor side of town rather than the side with more money. Other members of the gang are Twobit, Johnny and Steve. Ponyboy gets jumped on his way home. They met Cherry Valance and Marcia. Dally is more of a smooth talker while pony is more awkward.
