During the executive stage, people generally become more discipline in separating the things that they should or should not do in order to achieve their life goals. \
This stage is developed because most people in this age group tend to adopt broader perspective regarding how every little actions that they do could influence the outcome of their life.
Sulla was the first Roman general to march his army into the city of Rome. His decision to march on Rome and seize control affected the future of the Roman Republic. Several years later, Julius Caesar similarly marched into the city, then assumed a dictatorship. Caesar claimed that he had been inspired by Sulla. While Sulla eventually restored the Republic, Caesar’s march was viewed as bringing an end to the Republic and setting the stage for imperial Rome.
That means that there is no inequality between the factors (health, income and education) within people in a country.
When that is the case, there is no inequity aversion* and the country will be ranked in a higher position depending on the percentages.
* Inequity aversion occurs when, there is is a difference in a specific index amidst people. When it doesn't occur, people have similar health conditions, similar incomes and education.

Well actually it's not JUST because of adults it affects ALL and most riots are actually cause of race and religion. And it scares me because almost ALL whites are respected and i'm not white so that makes me wary that if there was another riot would I be affected?
