Non of these are correct. Actually the Citizens would elect nearly all government officials in public elections. Granted Higher class citizens would have more sway in the elections but it was still left to the general public
Most women were stuck at home, and were usually the ones to get an education. The had to work house work, or later work in many factories, with un equal pay. Many women had fought hard for their rights, but men saw women education not needed, as they felt all the women just need to supply food and take care of the children and house and nothing else.

The state has three branches. States have to pass only those laws which they are empowered to and it should not violate the Constitution. The federal government makes foreign policy in which the government has the sole power to sign the treaties, declaration of a war, exports and imports. The federal government have only the sole authority to print the money. Some governmental responsibilities are shared by both the state government and the federal government. This includes regulation of business, taxation procedures, protection of environment.There was two main political theory of federalism. In Dual federalism, the state government and the federal government both exist as equals. In this theory, the much of powers is given to states, whereas limited powers are mentioned in the Constitution for the Federal government. The federal government have jurisdiction only in matters which are mentioned in the Constitution. In Cooperative Federalism, both form of government cooperates powers with each other.
