All you have to do is multiply the 80 adults by the cost of an adult tickets wich is 80 x 8=640 and then calculate the cost of children's tickets which is 20 x 20=400 then add 400 to 640 400+640 = 1040 then subtract the amount the school donated from that which is 1040-125= 915 and 915 is your answer

hope this helps! :)

A. Divide both sides by 4

You want to get the value of x not 4x so in order to do that u can have divide both sides by 4 to get x alone on one side.

F (x) = - eˣ Baseline (x - 4)<br> What is(are) the critical point(s) of f?
Ber [7]

Answer

given,

   f(x) = \dfrac{-e^x}{x - 4}

to find the critical point of the given expression

fist differentiating the function

f'(x) = -\dfrac{(x-4)e^x+ e^x}{(x - 4)^2}

f'(x) = \dfrac{-(x-4)e^x- e^x}{(x - 4)^2}

f'(x) = \dfrac{-e^x(x-3)}{(x - 4)^2}

now equating differential equation to zero

\dfrac{e^x(-x+3)}{(x - 4)^2}=0

e^x(-x+3)=0

now,

-x + 3 = 0            and eˣ ≠ 0

x = 3

the critical number will be equal to x = 3

y = \dfrac{-e^3}{3 - 4}

y =e^3

A rectangle has a perimeter of 25 in. The length is four times the width. What are the dimensions of the rectangle
sladkih [1.3K]

Answer:

L = 10 in

W = 2.5 in

Step-by-step explanation:

Let length be L and width be W

Perimeter = L + L + W + W

Perimeter =2L + 2W

given than length is 4 times the width, or

L = 4W (substitute this back into the perimeter equation above)

Perimeter =2L + 2W

Perimeter =2(4W) + 2W

Perimeter =8W + 2W

Perimeter = 10W

given that the perimeter is 25in

25 = 10W

W = 25 / 10 = 2.5 in  (answer for width)

L = 4W = 4(2.5) = 10 in (answer for length)
