Answer: Because, A. I would not want be very useful on the battle field. I would be much better in a factory building materials. B. Because both World Wars created massive destruction and I would be working toward peace, not more fighting. But, if I really had too, I would gladly lay down my life for my country. (But since this is 2020, and not 1941-45, I don't think I'll have to).
