What would be classified as an eating disorder? I am 14 almost 15, and have thought of myself as bigger and unattractive compare

d to other girls. Since I was 11 I have been aware that I want to look beautiful. When I was 12 I starved for 3 months, then thought it was useless and started eating again. But just recently I have noticed the number on the scale go up and so I’ve been restricting my calorie intake for 2 weeks now. 250 calories or below. I’ve noticed results but everyone around me is still telling me I should start losing weight. Nobody knows about any of this. But I just wanted to know if it is a problem or if I’m just trying to lose weight.

Listen, it’s unhealthy eating that way and yes it can LEAD to an eating disorder. 250 calories per day is a lot less than what a 15 year old should be eating to be healthy. I’ve been through that and I’m actually still going through it but it’s a must that you always think of yourself as beautiful and perfect the way you are (healthy is perfect). If your unhealthy that should be fixed but if your decently healthy and your doctors say your weight is normal than you shouldn’t be doing that to yourself. And not to mention that muscle takes up the number on a scale so weighing yourself isn’t the best option. So, in conclusion or in concise words, eating healthy and exercising is the best lifestyle and you should follow it. You’re only doing this because of a stupid number on a stupid scale! Your perfect and except it

How does neglecting your health affect your family and society?
GaryK [48]

Answer:

Not caring for yourself also encourages other people around you to think its ok for you to eat junk food or unhealthy food. Not only does it effect the people around you but it effect you majorly due to diabetes, illnesses, obesity, or even death. It can also change the way you think as in your attitude and the way you and your family member interact with each other or to not have a motive to get out and do things with the family.

Who do injured people visit to learn more about stretching exercises and to receive treatment for their recovery?
slega [8]
I think this a tough question, and I hesitated between a) and b), but I choose the second answer - Physical Therapist.

Physical Therapists are licensed providers of care, and their educational education has evolved to the point where physical therapists graduate with a doctorate in physcal therapy. Personal trainers have a degree or a certificate. This is not the same.
