Ok so on day 0 we know the road was 44 miles, thats our intercept.
Now if only 1 mile is added per day, then we get
l = d + 44
Now lets plug in 35
l = 35 + 44 \\ l = 79
After 35 days the length of the road was 79 miles.

Since there is no files attached to see the shape of the distribution, let us just have it this way:

The statement, "Because the two distributions displayed below have similar shapes, they have the same standard deviation." is false. This is false because distributions having the same mean and standard deviation can have very different shape of distribution.

mr_godi [17]
Well we have the equation d = r * t
(d stands for distance, r for rate, and t for time)

So, plug in our values:

d = 55 *4

And, d = 220

I can't see the answer choices, but I hope this will help you!! Let me know if you have ANY questions.

A tessellation that uses only one type of regular polygon.

What is Polygon?

The definition of a polygon is given as a closed two-dimensional figure with three or more straight lines.

When we cover a surface with a pattern of a flat geometric shapes such that there should have no overlaps or gaps, then the surface is called a tessellation.

A regular tessellation is tessellation made up by using only one type of regular polygon. These are made up of entirely congruent regular polygons all that joining vertex to vertex.

Hence, A is the correct option.
