  • Short Term Goals: These goals are the goals that take a short time to achieve. When the time duration is less than one year for achieving the goal, it is called the short term goal. A short term goal can be something achieved in a day, week, month or even in a year. For example, buying groceries, buying a cell phone, purchasing home furniture, going on vacation, etc.
  • Lon Term Goals: These goals are the goals that take a long time to achieve. When the time duration is more than one year for achieving the goal, it is called as the long term goal. Long term goals may include becoming a Doctor in the future, purchasing the house of your dream, etc.

A long term goal is something that u will eventually get to and accomplish over weeks, months and maybe even years, on the other hand, and short term goal, is something that last for hours or days. Then u have an instant goal which is a goal, that u are going to do, rn, or will take just a minute or short short period of time

So if nicotine releases or rises the dopamine, it can get you sick and addicted really easily in just 2 or 3 days of smoking, i will not consider smoking any tobaco.
