Which Abdominal workout should I try? , If I want a healthy 6 pack? your opinion

I believe that you should try the Spartan Ab Workout, this you can find almost any here , it helps you get a 6 pack , this i use to use it , but i switched to an eight (8) pack abs , there are a series of workouts to use with it , but you should find the one that suites you.
