Answer:well ADP is the bi-product from ATP. ATP is used for energy consumption in our bodies without it we won't be able to function on a daily basis. However you can restore ADP with supplemental supplements for example creatine creatine will restore ADP into a ATP. So in theory it's more like a capsule for storing energy.
