It was discussed at the washington naval conference from November 1921 to February 1922 and contracted by the governments of the united kingdom, united states, japan, france and italy. It limits the construction of battleships, battle cruisers and aircraft carriers by the undersigned. The quantity of other classifications of warships which comprises vessels, destructive force and submarines were not restricted by the treaty but those ships were restricted to 10,000 tons’ transposition.
