Question

Describe in detail a recent experience when you felt angry, sad, anxious, frustrated, or another strong emotion. Include in your response how long the emotion lasted, how you seemed to get over it, and whether or not anyone thought you overreacted.

I mostly get mad. However, it passes very quickly. I don't often show people when I get mad,because I know it isn't a big deal, so I would say most times I am over reacting, but other people don't know about it so they don't say anything, of course.

I mostly am sad it lasted for 2 days my friends conferred me and eventually I got over it no one thought I was overreacting
