The religion, klan and increased immigration restrictions provided comfort to the Americans because these things kept Americans feeling the same, and protecting their values, and everyone who contradicted Americans traditional values were stopped based on the restrictions against them.

<u>Explanation:</u>

World War 1 left huge impacts on United States of America.  

The "<u>Immigration Act of 1924" </u>was passed by the American government to limit the entry of immigrants. Under this act, only 2% of the total number of people of each nationality was given visa in the United States.

After World War 1, many American faced unemployment and were instable. To comfort them, U.S government made religion, klan and increased immigration restrictions. This causes Americans to protect their values.
