Here there is adherence to rules imposed by the authorities in order to avoid punishment or receive reward. This stage is often there is an emphasis that one gets away with what is right and will be satisfied.

The two stages associated with preconventional perspective are;

Greeley [361]

Answer:

The symptoms indicate jaundice ,which is due to immaturity of the liver.

Explanation:

This condition is known as Hyperbilirubinemia.

During pregnancy ,the bilirubin is removed from the baby's blood by the placenta. When the  baby is born, this function is taken over by the liver of the baby.

Bilirubin can accumulate in blood ,fluid and tissues, if the liver is not functioning properly or has some infection. Since Bilirubin has a pigment it causes the yellowish tinge in skin and eyes, the condition which is known as Jaundice.

The Jaundice which occurs within the very first few days of child birth is known as Physiologic jaundice. Low levels of Bilirubin are not a major concern, but measures should be taken so that Bilirubin does not increase to dangerous levels.

What to say for when you have someone get you coffee ant they get the ingredinents wrong?
NeX [460]
I would tell them thank you, because they didn't have to get you the coffee in the first place, and that would be showing them that you appreciate their act of kindness. Maybe next time you ask them just try and be more specific about what you want, or write a list of how you want it fixed.
