Answer:

annual return = 18.04

Explanation:

given data

fund = $200 million

S&P 500 Index = 16.5%

gross return assets = 21%

expense ratio = 2%

benchmark return = 1%

incentive bonus = 0.1 %

to find out

annual return on this fund

solution

we get here first management cost for the year that is

management cost = fund × gross return .........................1

management cost = $200 million × 1.21

management cost = $242,000,000

so net return will be

net return = gross return assets - S&P 500 Index

net return = 21% - 16.5%

net return = 4.5%

so when we add this net return to expense ratio is

= 2 % + 4.5% (0.1 )

= 2.45 %

management cost will be

management cost = $242,000,000 × 2.45 %

management cost = $5,929,000

so

annual return will be here as

annual return = \frac{242000000-5929000-200000000}{200000000}

annual return = 0.18035

annual return = 18.04

If the level of incomes rises for high-income workers but doesn't change for low-income workers, "then poverty will not change and inequality will rise."

What is poverty?

Lack of resources to meet necessities like food, clothing, and shelter constitutes poverty. But poverty goes far beyond simply not having enough money.

According to the World Bank, poverty is as follows:

 • Hunger is poverty.
 • Absence of shelter is poverty.
 • Being sick and unable to visit a doctor is poverty.
 • Being illiterate and lacking access to education are both aspects of poverty.
 • Living day by day and not having a job are all signs of poverty.

Some faces of poverty is also-

 • Poverty has been characterized in a variety of ways and takes on several forms that vary from place to place and over time.
 • Most of the time, people desire to get out of poverty.
 • Therefore, poverty is a call to action for both the wealthy and the poor, a call to alter the world so that more people may have access to food, shelter, education, and healthcare, as well as protection from violence and a voice in local affairs.

Therefore, rarely is there a single source of poverty. Some people don't have enough money due to a number of circumstances, including growing living costs, low salary, unemployment, and insufficient social security benefits.

Vadim26 [7]

Answer:

1. Point on x-axis will increase and so will the point on the y-axis

2. All of the above

Explanation:

1. The Production Possibilities Frontier shows the amount of resources needed to produce different quantities of two goods. It therefore allows one to see the trade-off in resources for producing more of one good vs the other.

When a factor of production leads to more efficiency in the production of a good, the frontier will increase. In this scenario, there has been a growth in technology which means that more of both goods can be produced. This will increase the PPF on both axis. (Refer to attached file).

2. All of the listed options have led to increases in the standard of living in the last century. More education means people can get better jobs and build more infrastructure. International trade has increased market access and increased wealth. Farm productivity is better so more people can be fed and improvement in technology is the main driver for growth.
