In Africa, European countries took over territories to extend their political power and influence. In the Middle East, Turks became nationalists due to Germany and this ended in the Armenian genocide.

It gave other races the knowledge to know what is right and what is wrong. It was a defining moment in interracial empowerment. It gave the minorities a chance to fight for their freedom.
