By clearly looking at the sequence there are in Arithmetic Progression
So for finding which term is 2218 in that sequence
we have  x_{n} = a+ (n-1)d
Here,
a=3
 x_{n}=2218 & d=5(by looking at the sequence given)
by substituting those values we get our desired result
2218=3+(n-1)5
2218-3=(n-1)5
2215=(n-1)5
2215/5=n-1
453=n-1
n=454
so 454 term is 2218
