Answer:

Multifinality.

Explanation:

As it's name suggests, this principle states that several experiences could lead to different endings or developments, just like in the example: Jennica has absent parents (a depressed mother and an addict father) and this experience of being neglected will surely have consequences which are yet to be seen. She could be depressed or struggle or she could succeed in fulfilling her dreams, or neither. The principle of multifinality is just that, uncertainty about an individual's future.

The answer is effective leader. As individuals have sought after a comprehension of what makes a powerful pioneer, their consideration has frequently moved to the key individual qualities those pioneers display. The thought is that distinguishing those normal attributes will enable organizations to recognize successful pioneers and enable people to know how to end up better pioneers. Example of these traits are extraversion, knowledge of the business, desire to lead, and open-mindedness are some just to name a few.

Do you agree that "The ends justify the means"?
Artemon [7]
This is the kind of concept a utilitarian would agree on. If the result is positive for a large group of people, we should seriously consider doing it.

However, I would like to comment on this concept. In my opinion (and that's what you're asking for) there are situations in which the ends don't justify the means. You can e.g. think about mass-bombings to fight against terrorism. However, the possibility exists that innocent people will be hit, and will die. Therefore, the end don't always justify the means (in my opinion).
