<u>Ratification</u> is the confirmation of a previous and unauthorised Act, that may has an effect of placing the Act in the similar position as if it had been initially authorised.For example, in the United States,proposed amendments in the U.S constitution must undergo convection in 3-quarter of the states.

<u>The Full Faith and Credit </u>Clause is the first sentence of the Article IV,section 1 of the U.S Constitution where states are granted the public Acts,Records and judicial proceedings of every other states.It ensures that the states are common,legal equal in union and respect/honor the law orders given by other state government.

<u> The Shay's Rebellion </u>of 1786 were several attacks on government properties and courthouses in Massachusetts that resulted into military confrontation in 1787.One of the major outcome of the event was the formation of a strong central government.
