United States use foreign aid as a tool of foreign policy to other countries gives the United States influence over them.

Explanation:

United states allocates financial aid to other countries which can be in the form of military or economic assistance. Foreign aid of US was received by Afghanistan, Israel, Egypt, and Jordan. Foreign aid is given to nationality which is of strategic  importance and in order to rebuild its economy from severe economic and financial crash. Israel receives financial aid as a military assistance.

Egypt receives the financial assistance from US in order to improve the health and education in its country. Jordan receives the financial aid in order to protect the hostages to Jordan from Syria and other Arabian countries. To conclude United states uses the financial aid as a tool to foreign policy in order to exert influence over other countries.
