Alenkinab [10]
Banks don't establish government programs; this task is in the hand of the government. But they do all of the remaining: store money, lend money and issue mortgages for houses.

When running an employee advocacy program, eventually you’ll need to pull data to demonstrate the program’s effectiveness. Which
Natali5045456 [20]

Answer:

C. % decrease in cost per click and cost per impression

Explanation:

Generally speaking, an employee advocacy program is a type of marketing technique where the employees of an organization take an active role in promoting the company and its brands. This is done through exposure on social media and outside the internet, with the employees recommending or talking about the brand to their family, friends, and followers.

When running an employee advocacy program, eventually you’ll need to pull data to demonstrate the program’s effectiveness. Some of the metric that the program managers will look at are: how many employees and sales leads have been recruited and generated since the start of the program; how many advocate engagements there are, that is, users who actively engage in brand promotion; social reach, that is, measuring the volume of content being shared to all different social networks; and finally, the volume of website traffic that has been brought by the employee shares. One metric that isn't really important, however, is the % decrease in cost per click and cost per impression. While this data might be valuable to the IT or accounting departments, it doesn't say anything about how the employee advocacy program is going.

What did the South African election of Nelson Mandela give other countries in Africa?
kotykmax [81]

b. a hope that democracy would spread.

Explanation:

Nelson Mandela is probably the most recognizable person from Africa and one of the most influential people from this continent. He was a human rights fighter and his main goal was that South Africa and later the rest of Africa gets rid off the European rule, democracy is established, everyone to have the same rights and opportunities.

This was a partial success. Mandela became a president of South Africa and the situation quickly changed in the country. The Africans were ruling their own country in their own way and that was seen as a great achievement. On the other hand, numerous groups emerged and were allowed to exist which were openly spreading hatred and were attacking and murdering the white people in the country. One of the people involved in this was actually Nelson Mandela's wife which was actually responsible for burning people alive. It was not democracy by no means, instead it seemed that the cards have just switched.

Lot of African countries saw this as an opportunity to become democratic and rule themselves. Pretty much all of the African countries indeed started to rule themselves, and Africa became truly African. The problem was that in most of those countries there was not a democracy. The white people were attacked. Their properties taken without compensation. They were forced to live the countries, and many were even murdered. A good example is Zimbabwe.
