Practicing relaxation. Denying feelings is not good for you, neither is eating junk food ( which doesn’t seem like it’s what they’re saying but it’s what they’re implying) , and avoiding social situations is burying yourself so you never learn

Answer:

Practicing relaxation.

Explanation:

Sexual assault is a traumatizing moment in anyone's life. In such a situation, each individual reacts in their own way. In addition, each individual will face the trauma caused by sexual assault in their own way. We cannot say what is the right coping tactic and what is the inappropriate coping tactic because it depends so much on each person's personality and mental state. However, we can say that facing the trauma of sexual assault is more effective with healthy activities. In this case, eating junk food, denying feelings, and avoiding social situations are bad choices because they are unhealthy and will make the body and mind of the victim worse.

A good option, however, would be to practice relaxation. Relaxation brings good feelings to the body, puts the feelings in place and promotes a sense of rest and security.

Montano1993 [528]

Answer:

The mother's blood does not normally mix with the baby's blood during the pregnancy unless there has been a procedure (such as amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling) or vaginal bleeding. These antibodies will then bind with the baby's Rh-positive red blood cells, causing them to be destroyed.
