Answer:

To throw:

A ball should always be thrown with a four seam fastball grip.

When getting into the throwing position, the ball should face away from the head and body.

Point the glove at the target and keep your feet in a parallel position towards your target.

Release the ball in front of the body.

Finish your throw each time.

To catch:

Look for the ball in the air.

Run towards where you perceive it will hit the ground.

Use your hand eye coordination to catch the ball with your glove.

To catch a ground ball:

Make an 'alligator' with your top hand and the bottom of your glove.

Put your glove on the ground palm up

Then move it in the direction of the ball.

To catch a pop fly:

Always take your first step back, if the ball is going way behind you, turn your body and run that direction, but turn your head to the direction of the ball.

If the ball is dropping in front of you, run towards it.

Then catch it.

To bat:

face the plate

Bend your knees

lift the elbow that faces the catcher.

Put your weight in your back foot then transfer that weight to the front foot when you swing.

Swing in a fluid motion.
