Answer:

Change received from the cashier = $23.56

Step-by-step explanation:

Cost of one box glazed doughnuts = $3.99

So the cost of 2 boxes glazed doughnuts = $3.99×2 = $7.98

Cost of 1 box of chocolate covered doughnuts = $4.49

then cost of 3 boxes = 3×$4.49 = $13.47

Cost of 1 box of cream filled doughnuts = $4.99

Finally the total payment which i have to do = $7.98 + $13.47 + $4.99

= $26.44

Since i have $50 so change i received from the cashier = $50 - $26.44

= $23.56

$3.99+$3.99=$7.98 $4.49+$4.49=$8.98 $7.98+$8.78+$4.99=$21.75 $50.00$21.75=$28.25. You should receive $28.25 in change.

Dan has bags of candy with two pieces in each. Bill has bags of candy with five pieces in each. Bill has six more bags than Dan.
Anna35 [415]

<u>Answer:</u>

Bill has bags of candy with five pieces in each. The Bill has 16 bags

<u>Solution:</u>

Given, Dan has bags of candy with two pieces in each.

Bill has bags of candy with five pieces in each.

Bill has six more bags than Dan.

Then, number of bags with bill = 6 + number of bags with dan.

The total number of pieces candy the two boys have 100.

Now, candies with bill + candies with dan = 100

⇒ 5 pieces per bag x number of bags with bill + 2 pieces per bag x number of bags with dan = 100

⇒ 5 x (6 + number of bags with dan) + 2 x number of bags with dan = 100

⇒ 30 + 5 x number of bags with dan + 2 x number of bags with dan = 100

⇒ (5  + 2) x number of bags with dan = 100 – 30

⇒ 7 x number of bags with dan = 70

⇒ Number of bags with dan = 10

So, number of bags with bill = 6 + 10 = 16

Hence, bill has 16 bags.

How do i solve this problem?
uranmaximum [27]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Simplifying

N(t) = 300.9   Multiply N * t  tN = 300.9  Solving  tN = 300.9   Solving for variable 't'.   Move all terms containing t to the left, all other terms to the right.   Divide each side by 'N'.  t = 300.9N-1   Simplifying  t = 300.9N-1
