The situation will be definitely different if our founding fathers only slightly patched and amended the articles of confederation and never replaced it with the United States constitution. People will not have that rights which they the Constitution of United States gives them.
There will be no systematic way to run the country, no sequence of rules and regulation. The growth will totally differ from which is in present time. The country will be in debt and no social justice will be spread.
