The experimental probability is what you actually rolled

24/60 = 2/5 = 40%

The theoretical probability is what we expect to happen

=number of even numbers / total number of numbers

3/6 = 1/2 = 50%

So so what should we multiply 3/4 by to get one? we can multiply it by 4/3.  so we multiply 3/4 by 4/3 and multiply 3/8 by 4/3. so thats 12/24. which is the same as 1/2. so the sloth moves 1/2 of a foot a minute
