To me, it appears that A, B and D could all have negative aspects. (Stereotyping is a form of discrimination, B has a chance of miscommunication, and D violates patient confidentiality if the patient is over 18 y/o.) SO if it's a multiple selection question I would pick those. Otherwise, if it's a one-choice answer then A is definitely the one to pick.

Hope that my answer helps!

Which of the following stages of Erikson’s theory of psychosocial development does not concentrate on the relationship between a
Dimas [21]

Answer:

B) identity versus role confusion

Explanation:

The theory of psychosocial development, that does not concentrate on the relationship between a child and the most important person in the child’s life is the identity versus role confusion (the 5th stage). The 5th stage of Erikson’s theory, occurs during adolescence. During this period, the person is searching for a sense of self personal identity. Children, become more independent and begin to look at the future. It is during this stage, that the person re-examines his/her identity and try to find out who he or she is. Additionally, they explore possibilities and begin to form their own identity based upon the outcome of their exploration. Therefore, we could conclude that the 5th stage centers more on the personal growing.

After the first AED shock has been delivered what should you do next
Pani-rosa [81]

If one sees an individual with cardiac arrest, they are to check their surroundings and then they would exam the individual and determine if the victim is responsive; afterwards, the individual must alert their local emergency department. If the victim shows no sign of a pulse or is unable to breathe then they should begin with the AED rescue.

After the first AED shock has been delivered to the victim the individual performing the AED would begin CPR for two minutes. The AED would then analyze the patient again, since the AED provides very clear instructions the individual is to follow them until the paramedics arrive on the scene.

MaRussiya [10]

d) her use of other drugs is the most important factor related to the patient's assessment.

Explanation:

 1. The nurse needs to focus more on patient's drug history. This data will allow the nurse to evaluate the patient's vulnerability to disease because certain past illnesses and medications such as corticosteroids decrease the inflammatory and immune responses.
 2. The patient's age, home environment and diet don't have any serious consequences during her assessment because they don't indicate her vulnerability to illness.
