Answer:

The root of the polynomial equation x(x-2)(x+3)=18 is x=3

Step-by-step explanation:

x(x-2)(x+3)=18

Dividing both sides of the equation by x:

x(x-2)(x+3)/x=18/x

(x-2)(x+3)=18/x

We can use this system of equations:

(1) y=(x-2)(x+3)

(2) y=18/x

And using a graphing calculator we get:

x=3, y=6 → Point=(x,y)=(3,6)

Answer: The root of the polynomial equation x(x-2)(x+3)=18 is x=3

Find the product of (5.2 · 10-6) and (8 · 103).
sertanlavr [38]
The first one is 46 because according to the order of operations in this problem you have to multiply first so you do 5.2 times 10 which is 52 . Next do 52 - 6 = 46. Next multiply 8 times 103 which is 824. Then you multiply the two (46 times 824) and you get 37904

I'm not 100% sure if I am right, but for number 9 you would pick two points on , let's just say you pick points (0, 1) and (2, -2). Then you would find those points in the table. So in this case the answer would be D. And I'm not really sure how to explain #10 but you basically work out each problem with the graph to see if it makes sense. For example if you try working out problem F it wouldn't make sense since you start of with 10 dollars and earn 2 each day. But on the graph it shows that you are loosing two. Sorry if I didn't explain it right, if you have more questions let me know!

If the angles are in the ratio 2:7:11 then find the angles
german

Answer: 180 is the sum of the tringles

Step-by-step explanation:

2x+7x+11x=180

20x=180

x=9

Now you should put the the value of x to get the angles

2x=2x9=18

7x=7x9=63

11x=11x9=99

Now to double check add all of them together

99+18+63=180

Hoped I helped!
