Yes, but only if the parent had the child at a certain age. A parent could have a child at 15. 15 years later, the child is 15, and the parent is 30.

Depends on age like if your 12 your parents are 24 then no because your parents will not born you when they are 12 but if your 20 then your parents are 40 then it means your parents born you when they are 20 witch is yes so it all depends on the age

wish this thing can help you out :)

Suppose that only 65% of all drivers in a certain state wear a seat belt. a random sample of 80 drivers is selected. what is the
jonny [76]

Answer:

Pr(X >42) = Pr( Z > -2.344)

                = Pr( Z< 2.344) = 0.9905

Step-by-step explanation:

The scenario presented can be modeled by a binomial model;

The probability of success is, p = 0.65

There are n = 80 independent trials

Let X denote the number of drivers that wear a seat belt, then we are to find the probability that X is greater than 42;

Pr(X > 42)

In this case we can use the normal approximation to the binomial model;

mu = n*p = 80(0.65) = 52

sigma^2 = n*p*(1-p) = 18.2

Pr(X >42) = Pr( Z > -2.344)

                = Pr( Z< 2.344) = 0.9905

Larry paid $4.16 for 4 tomatoes. At this same rate, how much would 7 tomatoes cost?
Anna71 [15]
The question is asking us to find how much seven tomatoes would cost. Well, to get our answer, we must first find the cost of one tomato.  We are given the information that paying $4.16 for 4 tomatoes. All we have to do now is divide 4.16 by 4, to get the price of one tomato. This gives us $1.04. Now, just multiply 1.04 by 7 to get 7.28. Therefore, the price of seven tomatoes is C. $7.28. Hope this helped and have a phenomenal day!
